After Death Communication

The experience of after death communication is probably more widespread than we realise but it seems it can only happen when the receiver has an open mind and a moderately intuitive faculty.

My first experience was unexpected. My beloved father was ill with cancer and was being cared for by my sister in Lincolnshire. I was in a church in Surrey for the confirmation with one of our daughters when suddenly my father was there. I could see him and I was filled with an incredible joy. I thought this could only have happened if he had died. When I got home my sister rang to tell me that he had passed. For a whole week our home was filled with an unusually
high energy and my father and I had many deep conversations.

Subsequently a woman friend who had just died appeared briefly and ask me ‘please tell Nick my husband that I am fine.’ They were dedicated humanists who refused to consider any after life! Also, an unknown woman later appeared and asked me to give a similar
message to her sister who was a friend of mine.

Sometime later I had been caring for my best friend who was dying in Edinburgh and had returned home two days previously when a mutual friend rang to say that Ursula had just passed. Straight away I drove to Heathrow and boarded a flight to Edinburgh as I needed to ensure that her wishes were respected. I had just sat in my seat
with my bag above in the locker with the usual pen in my hand when Ursula appeared. The plane had not even taken off. I could see her and hear her voice which spoke within my own thinking and was
fully recognisable

“I can see what you are thinking, I can see thought .”
“How are you ? I asked:
“Fine, a bit shaky but fine- it is freedom, glorious freedom… it’s all very new as you can appreciate but I’m glad we have established connections so early on. Just be with it -the apparent separation I mean -Be with me- or what was me, the part I’ve left behind along with the body. I feel I’ve left my ordinariness-all those everyday needs and concerns which we all have which are so restricting but necessary.
…. Life is so much more

Can you imagine limitless breath, space, light  purity ,freedom ,knowing who one truly is .We’ve talked about how it
might be, but this is much, much more than we imagined.”

This original message along with several years of subsequent communication are included in my latest book “Awakening to a New Reality: Conscious Conversations across the Horizon of Death”. These conversations then took place at periodic intervals in holiday times away from my work on the academic staff of the Open University when I had the time to sit quietly in the space that
receptivity often requires.

Ursula was able to give me insights into many issues. We shared a keen interest in assisting christianity to shift from the old orthodoxies to expressions that were more universally relevant today. Our first book published in 1984 was called Christian Evolution: Moving towards a Global Spirituality”.

Since then, my own beloved husband passed six years ago and at the time he also said” I can see what you are thinking.” This emphasis on thought may give us a clue as to the way ahead. Today it seems that the energetic frequency levels are continuing to rise and possibly the veils between the dimensions are getting thinner so that after death communication may become increasingly normal. This might have been implied in the biblical statement of Jesus “Greater things than I do shall you do also.”
